Chef’s Luxury Tasting Menu
A 6-course tasting menu comprising some of my favourite dishes, using the finest ingredients. Perfect for a special occasion! You bring the bubbles and I’ll bring the food.
Supper Club - £100pp. There is a minimum of 6 guests for this menu. Max 10 people, or 12 if you don’t mind being a bit cosy.

Sage panna cotta / Honey / Toasted walnuts

Mango & lime sorbet / Raspberry Syrup / Toasted coconut

Chocolate delice / Black cherry compote and syrup / Chocolate and amaretti soil / Vanilla mascarpone / Honey tuille

Selection of cheeses, crackers, fresh and dried fruits, nuts and chutneys.
