A six-course tasting experience showcasing some of my favourite dishes, created using carefully selected ingredients and thoughtfully presented. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions where you want something a little more memorable.
This menu brings together some of my favourite dishes to create a relaxed six-course dining experience that’s all about enjoying great food and good company. Every course is prepared fresh using quality local ingredients, with plenty of care and attention given to every detail. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary or another special occasion, my aim is simple: to give you and your guests an evening you’ll genuinely enjoy and remember.

Enjoy this six-course tasting menu in the comfort of my dining room in Abbotskerswell, Newton Abbot. Perfect if you’d like to enjoy a restaurant-quality food without the pressure of hosting at home. Simply bring your own guests, relax and enjoy the evening while I take care of everything.
Monday - Thursday: £110 per person
Friday - Sunday: £120 per person

If you’d prefer to celebrate in your own home or chosen venue, I’ll bring the restaurant experience to your home. I’ll prepare and serve each course in your kitchen, allowing you to spend the evening with your guests, while I take care of the cooking, service and clearing up - leaving your kitchen exactly as I found it.
Monday - Thursday: £120 per person
Friday - Sunday: £130 per person
Minimum booking: 6 guests
No maximum (subject to suitable kitchen facilities and dining space)

Dartmoor venison fillet / Fondant potato / Caramelised celeriac puree / Cavalo nero / Braised shallot / Pickled blackberries / Rich venison jus

Sage panna cotta / Honey / Toasted walnuts

Mango & lime sorbet / Raspberry syrup / Toasted coconut

Chocolate delice / Black cherry compote and syrup / Chocolate and amaretti soil / Vanilla mascarpone / Honey tuille
*Optional Cheeseboard (£9.50 per person, based on 8 guests)
A selection of British & continental cheeses, crackers, fresh and dried fruits, nuts and chutneys. Private Dining customers will need to supply suitable boards, ramekins and serving equipment, so the cheeseboard can be left for you to enjoy after I’ve finished serving.
*Note – This is a set menu. Occasionally, dishes may change slightly depending on the availability if seasonal ingredients. As such, any allergens or dietary requests must be discussed and agreed when booking, as I may not be able to cater for them unfortunately.
